From $7,500 per engagement. We quote a fixed scope after reviewing a sample of your files. The price moves with:
- How many years and how many jobs are in scope.
- How scattered the files are. One accounting system and a clean folder structure go faster than years of email, scans and shared drives.
- How many questions you want answered.
- How much unstructured text we need to read, such as daily reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.

How much history do we need?
More is better, but a few years of closed jobs is usually enough to find patterns. We'll look at a sample before you commit.
Our files are all over the place. Can you still do this?
Yes. Pulling scattered files together is most of the work, and it's what we're set up to do.
